You should first have 16 years of education to do any Masters course, if not then you cover that one year by doing a Diploma or any one year of education which can cover. Eligibilities for these universities are GMAT and IELTS. The colleges in Canada for MBA in finance are listed below:
New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), Vancouver, BC (Canada)
Thompson Rivers University, Kamloops, British Columbia
Brock University
Cape Breton University, Nova
ScotiaUniversity of Windsor, Ontario, Vancouver
Island University (SPP), Nanaimo, British Columbia

If you have completed a four year degree (10+2+4) that is completed 16 years of education, then you are eligible to apply for Masters in Canada and Germany. In both the cases you need IELTS minimum 6.5 Band over all and all components minimum 6 band. You can apply directly or through education agents, who will get you admission and process your visa. In Canada if you do two year programme you will be given post study work visa for three years. In Germany, you will be given two years.

Hi Varinder,
You can work part time, its allowed. MBA admissions are competitive, candidates must usually have work experience and a GMAT score. You can check PG Diploma options. Cost of study varies, say around US$30,000 to 50,000 a year. Australia is more expensive.

Well, if you didn't take GMAT then go TOEFL.
This is required for admission to almost all MBA programs in Canada. It is a fairly simple exam for most students who have studied in English medium throughout. The minimum scores required for most universities range from 550 to 600 on the paper-based TOEFL and 213 to 250 on the computer-based TOEFL.
