For sure an MBA has better and larger placement options.Major differences between MBA and PGDM are as follows :
MBA/MMS is offered by 'Universities' or 'Colleges that are affiliated to Universities' or Central Body directly under the Indian Govt while PGDM/PGP is offered by individual colleges and IIM's.

PGDM is much more flexible in terms of syllabus as syllabus is not bounded by a particular university.

Hi,
Delhi has a range of private schools like one of them is Amity, Noida yes they say they want the scores of an entrance but as one of my friend is already studying MBA in Amity that too without CAT and MAT. Anyways now my concern for you is that you can invest your time and dedicate yourself to prepare for at least any of the entrance like CAT, SNAP and NMAT. Why I am suggesting you this because once you focus and prepare yourself then definitely u can get into a good college and acquire more than this college will give you.
It was my suggestion. Rest depends on you.

In my view, Delhi is better for MBA as there are a wide variety of organizations in and around Delhi. Students can easily get exposure to various fields of interest. Also, if you look at stats, the average package of MBA colleges of Delhi is more than other cities.
