You can get, but colleges will not be top ones. You can otherwise give CAT/MAT/SNAP etc.

IMT-Nagpur is a better choice.

SIESCOMS PGDM course is very good. They are among top 5 colleges in Mumbai and are considered to be the best. PGDM faculty members are very experienced in their own field and give you a pratical knowledge than bookish knowledge. Besides that, PGDM students get an opportunity to visit various industries and every week, corporate meets are conducted which gives in-depth knowledge.This year placements were good. The average package offered is 6-7 LPA and highest is 13 LPA. The lowest is 4.5 LPA.

Each college has its own strengths and weakness. It totally depends on you to choose between the said colleges.

Your score is too low. You should try next time or take ATMA/MAT exam to get admission in the colleges offering PGDM.

For PGDM, you can consider:
1. Chetana.
2. MET.

Dear Susanta Sahu, For IBSAR, highest placement package was Rs. 8.5 lakhs per annum and average placement package was Rs. 5 lakhs per annum. Therefore, you can apply for it.

If you look at ROI, BIMM is better as compared to ITM. Though ITM is ranked much higher than BIMM because of facilities and brand name. Faculty-Student ratio, infrastructure and course curriculum for ITM is better. You can check the below links-
