The RIMT university's placement cell is said to be cooperative and has a decent placement rate. Further, the university claimed that it has recorded 100% placements during the recent placement drive. Apart from this, as per the Management NIRF reports 2024 the median package offered during RIMT University MBA placements 2023 stood at INR 4.57 LPA. IILM has partnership with various international universities and companies which provide students an opportunity to gain experience through internship programs. Few of the companies where students participated in internship projects are Bharti Airtel, Accenture, Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Google, NTPC, Paytm and so on. The university provides field trips, industry projects, lab immersions, and hands-on workshops to help students get placements. Every year, about 80-90% of students get placed in their desired fields, with an average CTC of INR 7-8 LPA.

As per Lingaya's Vidhyapeeth University NIRF report for the year 2022, 5 MBA students were placed during the placement drive held in 2021. In addition to this, the median package offered to MBA students stood at INR 2.4 LPA, respectively. The top recruiters who participated in the recent placements included FIS Global, Planet Spark, TCS, ITC, ICICI Bank, etc.

Over 130 companies visited the college campus for hiring MBA batch 2020-22. The number of recruiters that participated in 2021 placements was comparatively higher and the country was above 150. During 2021 placements, more than 50 new companies visited the campus. The number of companies has dropped from 2021 to 2022.
