No, candidates cannot join the PGDM course at the Western Business School, Pune after Class 12. Western Business School, Pune offers PGDM courses at the PG level. Candidates looking for admission should have valid national-based entrance exam scores such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT. Prestige College MBA selection and admission process are based on the guidelines prescribed by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Bhopal. The college grants admission to applicants who fulfil the preset eligibility criteria and have a valid CMAT score. The college may also accept admission based on the Graduation merit of the applicants (for those who have not appeared for CMAT). However, the mentioned selection criteria is tentative and is subject to change with changes in the DTE norms.

To secure an MBA seat at PIMR Indore, aspirants must register for the MP DTE counselling. They can register online through the official DTE website. The registration can be done with a valid CMAT score or merit in the qualifying exam (Graduation) (for those who have not taken the CMAT exam). The next step is to get the documents verified at the MPE Help Centres. After the document verification, applicants must fill in and lock their choices of institutes and courses in the order of their preferences. The PIMR Indore MBA counselling is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Bhopal. It is an online process. The exact counselling dates for MBA admission at the college may vary. However, the DTE counselling process is expected to begin after the CMAT 2026 exam results are released.
