You sure can get direct admission to a PGDM in HR programme without an entrance exam at some colleges in India. These colleges admit students based on merit. Below mentioned is the eligibility criteria for admission in PGDM in HRM without entrance exam:
- The candidate must have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university or institute

MBA refers to a management degree issued by a University and PGDM refers to Post Graduate Diploma in Management offered by a private college, institute or university, affiliated to AICTE.
