Harcourt Butler Technical University conducts placements drive for its students. Many popular companies, such as Adani Wilmar, BSNL, Coca-Cola take part in the placements drive. As per HBTU 2023 placements report (consolidated), a total of 484 job offers were made. The highest and average package offered was INR 36 LPA and INR 9.30 LPA, respectively. The first step of the admission process is application form filling. Aspirants with a valid bachelor's degree from a recognised university passed with at least 55% aggregate can apply. The application form can be filled out in an online mode. Harcourt Butler Technical University admit candidates to the MBA course on entrance score basis. The aspirants can apply with a valid score of CAT/CMAT/AIMA-MAT/CUET-PG. Shortlisted candidates are further called for GD and PI rounds. After final seat allotment, candidates can pay the required admission fee amount to confirm their seats. 

Harcourt Butler Technical University offers admission to the MBA course based on exam score and performance in the selection rounds.
