To apply for an MBA or PGDM programme in the Institute of Business Management and Rural Development, most candidates follow a set of procedures. The first eligibility criterion is that a bachelor's degree from a recognised institution with a minimum percentage as specified by the institute. Then, there should be a relevant entrance examination like MAT, CAT, or equivalent as required by the institute. After getting the valid score, fill the online/offline application available on the official website of institute. Selected candidates are commonly called up for group discussion and interview as part of final round.

The average placements after completing an MBA through ICET (state-level colleges) usually range from INR 3–6 LPA, and regional companies along with small-scale ones participate. On the other hand, the MBA programme conducted by CAT (IIMs and top colleges) usually gives high placements with packages ranging at an average of INR 15–30 LPA, while global recruiters are ready with diversified roles. All the difference is between college names and the quality of recruiters.

Talla Padmavathi College of Engineering has a decent placement record, with top companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and Capgemini visiting the campus.  The college has a dedicated placement cell that helps students prepare for interviews and provides training in soft skills and personality development.

As for Vaagdevi Degree and PG College, I couldn't find specific information on their MBA placements. However, Vaagdevi College of Engineering, which is a different institution, has a good placement record, with companies like Accenture, IBM, and Infosys recruiting students.

Here are some key highlights of Talla Padmavathi
