The seat intake for MBA at University College of Commerce and Business Management is 140. The seats are divided between the general MBA (60 seats) course and the MBA in Tourism and Travel Management (80 seats). Candidates must participate in the TSICET exam followed by the counselling (analytical, quantitative, and verbal skills) process.

University College of Commerce and Business Management, Osmania University does not allow direct admissions to MBA courses. To get admissions into postgraduate management courses, candidates are required to complete the whole admission process, which involves the completion of eligibility criteria, scoring valid scores in the entrance exam, getting selected in the cutoff list, etc. Candidates seeking admission to Osmania University clear the course-specific entrance test. Based on the entrance test scores, selected candidates are then called for a counselling round.
