Jain University is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is a deemed-to-be university under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. While Jain University's courses are based on AICTE recommendations, I couldn't find explicit information confirming its approval by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The admission in IMS DAVV Indore for MBA (Finance) under CUET-PG is done on the basis of merit ranks. While 70% may be a competitive score, cutoffs do vary each year based on candidates and seat availability. The closing rank for MBA in 2024 was around 106. Yes, MVJ College of Engineering offers some MBA seats under the Management Quota. Candidates seeking MBA admission under the Management Quota must have a valid KMAT/XAT/CAT/K-PGCET/MAT score. Further, they must have scored an aggregate of at least 60% in the Bachelor's Degree. Such candidates must also pay additional fees for pursuing MBA at the institute. Yes,  MBA is available at MVJ College of Engineering. The PG-level programme is offered in affiliation with VTU. The MBA programme of MVJCE has been approved by the AICTE. Offered in the full-time mode, the duration of the programme is two years. The admission to the programme is based on the applicant's score in KMAT/CAT/MAT/Karnataka PGCET/XAT. Hence, interested candidates must apply for one of these exams in addition to registering on the college's official website.
