MBA Placement

MBA is one of the popular courses of UPES Dehradun. When it comes to placements, the University offers decent placements annually. The highest package offered during UPES MBA placements 2025 stood at INR 29 LPA. The top 10% UPES MBA average package offered during UPES placements 2025 stood was 15.8 LPA. 

The PMIST MBA the highest package is not out officially. However, the median package offered during 2022 and the past three years' placements are disclosed in the NIRF report 2023. During 2022 MBA placements, the median package offered was INR 2.52 LPA, which was the highest amount recorded in the past three years (2020 to 2022). From 2020 to 2022, a fluctuating trend was observed in the MBA median package. For better understanding refer to the below table depicting the Periyar Maniammai University placement package for MBA:

Out of 50 MBA graduates, 25 were placed during the 2022 PMIST placements. This makes the placement rate 50%. Earlier, 4 out of 57 MBA students were placed during 2021 placements. Taking a look at the past three years' data (2020 to 2022), a fluctuating trend was observed in the number of MBA students placed. The University has released overall placement statistics for PG (2-year) courses such as MBA, MBA,8 MCA, etc. Out of 718 PG (2-year) students who graduated in 2021, 2 were placed successfully.
