Hi Akhil!
Each specialisations have their own importance. I would be great if you would follow the one that interests you the most rather than choosing on the basis of the placement offered. Your package would totally be based on the knowledge, skills and caliber you posses. So it would be advisable if you focus more on your studies and sharpen your existing knowledge. Yet the ranking would be Marketing, Finance, Operations and HR (operations and HR on the same level). All the Best Mate!

According to me, go for the Lucknow campus via UPSEE exam as it will give a wide exposure of opportunities and options of internships too, you can keep Noida as the second option.
