For admission to GIBS Business School, Bangalore, students applying for both PGDM and BBA need to submit some basic documents. Yeah, GIBS does have a management quota, but it's not like how people imagine it. It's basically an alternate route for students who may not have strong entrance scores but are still genuinely interested and capable. The process is almost the same — you still have to go through interviews, screening, and discussions.

One thing I noticed as a student is that GIBS doesn't compromise on the quality part just because someone comes through management quota. The institute has released the salary details for the MBA batch 2023-25. The highest package bagged by the batch was INR 70 LPA. The average package offered was INR 11.10 LPA.
