Classes are regularly scheduled with established timelines, taught in a practical way, so students are able to concentrate on their studies without feeling overwhelmed. GIBS Business School (Bangalore) has released the most recent placement figures for the class of 2025 with respect to the latest placement season. In terms of overall numbers,  

•  Placement Percentage - The total number of students who received an offer through our final placement drive = 100% of our eligible applicants. 
•  the highest Package Offered = ₹16.15 LPA (This figure is based on reports which indicate that packages were as high as approximately ₹20 LPA during the current placement season of 2026). 
•  Average Package Offered for the Class of 2025 = Approx. ₹8.2 LPA (Range was between ₹7.8 – 8.2 LPA).

GIBS provides a supportive environment for introverted or non-marketing oriented students to develop their placement potential through a focus on personalized mentoring and emphasising strengths rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Students will be assisted by the placement team and faculty in finding appropriate career paths in analytics, finance, human resources, operations, research, back-end consulting or corporate support functions where communication skills are crucial but aggressive sales techniques are not required. Mock interviews, aptitude training, resume development, domain-based skill development and one-to-one mentoring will help students to gain confidence at their own pace and develop industry-specific skills. By interacting with industry professionals regularly, working on real-life projects and having access to internships, students have the opportunity to expose themselves to real-world experience in a low-pressure environment. Mentors provide continuous encouragement and support to help students overcome their self-doubt.
