Many top companies participate in GNSU placements drive every year. During the recent placements drive, companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Wipro, TATA, and HDFC Bank took part in the drive. The latest list of recuiters is yet to be released by the authorities.

The university has not released a concise placements report for the MBA programme. However, as per the GNSU NIRF report 2024, the median package offered in MBA 2023 placements stood at INR 3.5 LPA. Additionally, a total of 36 students were placed, out of a total of 48. In 2022, the median package offered to the MBA candidates was INR 3.8 LPA.

SIBM Pune has concluded the MBA batch 2022–2024 placements with success. The highest package at SIBM Pune was INR 49 LPA, while the average package was INR 28.16 LPA. Furthermore, 96 PPOs were obtained. During the 2023 placements, the institute saw the participation of over 99 firms, including 55 new recruiters. Yes, It is indeed a wise choice to go for Nirma University for pursuing management. The institute has been recording a placement of 100 percent since the part three years . The highest package being INR 30 lac per annum. The average package is INR 12 Lac per annum. The top 50 students were given an average package of INR 17 Lac followed by the top 100 students with a package of INR 15 lacs.
