It is a decent college. Many companies visit the campus, but the profile they offer is different from one another. A good company may offer a mediocre profile while a lesser known company might offer good profile.

Dear Kritika,
Pay packages more evidently depend upon your performance, knowledge and your confidence level at the time of interview with the employers. However, in the beginning any one can start with 3.5 lacs per annum. I would suggest you to keep your scorecard excellent in order to get a good job. Your scorecard will be able to get you priority over others. If we talk about the highest package, in private sector, there is not limit for a deserving candidate. I hope this would suffice.
All the best and god bless you.

Paper-I would have general aptitude test, which consists of sections like reasoning ability, comprehension reading, mental ability, and general awareness, etc. There will be 50 questions each of two marks. As per the UGC NET exam pattern 2018 Exam, the candidates must attempt all the 50 questions. Paper-II will have 100 compulsory MCQ (Multiple choices with single correct answer) questions each of two marks. Paper-II covers entire syllabus of the subject selected by the candidate.

The following criteria of eligibility need to be met by aspiring candidates for consideration for this program.
Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university.
A valid MBA entrance exam score such as that of Management Aptitude Test (MAT), Common Admission Test (CAT), AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) or Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) etc. However, there are some colleges/ institutes which do not consider entrance exam scores and conduct their own entrance examinations for admission into MBA in Hotel Management.
