Hi Sandhya,
Seth GS medical college is neither a private nor a government medical college. The college is run by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM). The MCGM also runs 4 other colleges in Mumbai. The fees is slightly higher than government colleges. It is about Rs 25,000 (only an estimate) per semester. There are a total of 8 semesters in MBBS.
