MGR University don’t conduct any entrance examination for any of the courses. MGR Medical University inducts students either through the NEET percentile or based on their marks in the qualifying examinations.

The last to apply for the application form at Dr MGR Medical University varies from one course to another. MGR University usually concludes the application process for all its courses between June and August. Candidates willing to apply for MGR Medical University courses admission must apply through the university’s official websites.

MGR University generally concludes the application process for MBBS/ BDS programme between June and July. Candidates for the said programme are selected based on their NEET-UG percentile.

Hi,
For admission in Government College for MBBS in Tamil Nadu, you need to score 500-550 above as government seats are filled first during counseling followed by private college seats. So, to get good government college you must score high in NEET. Good luck.

For admission into MBBS in a government medical college through State Quota counseling, your score should be more than 450 for general category. Below this score your chances are average.
