Hi.No, you can't get admission to Christian Medical College & Hospital Ludhiana MBBS course without NEET.
MBBS admission at CMC Ludhiana is based on a valid NEET and Punjab NEET score. Additionally, aspirants seeking CMC Ludhiana MBBS admission must fulfil the basic eligibility :- 50% in XII (for general category students).

The CMC Vellore MBBS application process conducted entirely online on the official website of the college. MBBS fees in Christian Medical College and Hospital Ludhiana for first year is MBBS students need to pay INR 6,60,000 for first year. Hostel charges are INR 28,000 per year excluding mess and electricity charges.
The total fees for 5 years is around INR 33 Lacs which has to be given in 5 installments.
