At the rank of 4,70,000 it is not possible to pursue MBBS in ESI JOKA as in India. Seats are very less as compared to the appearing candidates and the competition is too high.
My advice is to reattempt the NEET exam for 2025.

Hello buddy ! Generally the fees for private colleges is too high and if you have scored some better you may get a management seat but at this marks it is also not possible .please mention your category so we know better and to know about low fees medical colleges you will have to enquire about them in your city or nearby cities the only you will know

To get admission to the MBBS programme at CMC Vellore, candidates must meet the following requirements:

NEET UG Round 3, has been released for admission to the MBBS courses. As per Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College and Sassoon General Hospitals NEET UG cutoff 2023, the Round 3 closing rank was 5173 for General category candidates in All India quota for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. MBBS cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

Direct admission in MBBS at Grant Medical College is not possible. Candidates must qualify the NEET exam to be eligible for admission at MBBS. To get admitted to Grant Medical College MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery course, applicants must meet the entry requirements - 50% in 12th. The overall intake of MBBS at Grant Medical College is 250.
