Percentage in 12th never guarantees that you can crack any entrance or not. It's important to have certain scores to be eligible for MBBS. So, you have 100% chances provided you strategise and work diligently towards your goal. If you are not taking any coaching for medical, you can concentrate on 12th and take a gap year to prepare for medical.

It is better to appear for NEET and have some rank as that's the minimum eligibility criteria for most of the medical colleges. There are management quota seats which are offered only if you have appeared in the NEET or any other state entrances of the state you are applying to.
