The salary may vary due to the nature of the sector they're working in I.e. government or private. The government hospitals normally pay less. The average starting salary for an MBBS doctor is Rs. 25,000 in government sector per month while it can range from 30-40 thousand per month in the private sector.

There is no direct MBBS program in Canada and you cannot study MBBS directly after 10+2. You have to apply for a Bachelor degree there, pass the degree and clear the Medical College Admissions Test (MCAT) before you can enroll into a medical school. Admissions are extremely for medical school and so are getting scholarships which are completely on merit basis. Most universities do not accept international students too. Medical studies may cost around CDN 25,000 to CDN 75,000.
