Yes, you are eligible to do law with 70% marks but the course is not available in distance mode. What can be done instead is that you can opt for a college which is lenient on attendance so you don't have to maintain a high attendance. You can go easy on it. one such is CCSU.

LLB is a regular course, you cannot pursue it from distance, but you can take admission in a university where attendance is not an issue.

LLB is full time course, you cannot do it from correspondence. Second thing, you cannot do these two courses simultaneously.
