Hello,It entirely depends upon your career aspirations and current interests. Choose MBA in IT if you wish to acquire managerial skills and work at the management level; choose MCA if you have an inclination towards coding and technical topics.

If you are technically oriented and want to specialize, you may opt for M.Tech after appearing in GATE exam before taking a job. If your programming skills are poor and you are not technically oriented you may opt for MBA to change your career to generic management stream.

Yes, you can do a job by studying MCA but the salary won't be much high as compared to engineers who have studied information technology.
