I am also pursuing MCA from Quantum University. Mainly it is known for the quality of education, nice infrastructure with the best learning, really cooperating and supportive faculties. I would say that it provides the best environment for gaining knowledge and to enhance your abilities. The most important thing for me about the university experience is the chance to grow as a person as well as academically. Quantum University has exceeded my expectations. I was so quiet when I first started here and now I have gained confidence and am less quiet. Quantum University is a university that has everything you need.

Ramaiah Institute of Technology and R.V. College of Engineering are both great colleges for MCA however in terms of affordability, one will find Ramaiah Institute of Technology to be more affordable with their respective fees being:

  • MSRIT: Total fees of around INR 6.79 Lakhs for 2 years.
  • RVCE: Total fees of around INR 9 Lakhs for 2 years.

Other factors students should consider are placements, infrastructure, scholarships, admission, etc.

With a rank of 7421 in Karnataka PGCET for MCA, here are some colleges you might be able to get into (general category), based on recent cutoffs:

? Possible Colleges

Administrative Management College — cutoff ~ 7990.

Amity University – MCA cutoff ~ 7080-7090 last year.

Angadi Institute Of Technology And Management — cutoff ~ 6275-6280.

B.V.V Sangha's Basaveshwar Engineering College — higher cutoff (~ 9500+). Could be possible.

If you tell me your category (General / OBC / SC / ST), and preferred city (Bangalore / Mysore / etc.), I can give a more specific list.
