B.Tech will be better, only if you got good government colleges, otherwise you'll only spend without any good reward.
Your average placement will be around INR 3 lacs with any average colleges, and you have to spend around INR 5 lacs, but if you opt for BCA MCA, then within 5 year you'll get your Master's degree with INR 4 lacs average placement and your spend will around INR 3 lacs.

Well, JNTU is somehow difficult there is 50-50 chance to get admission there, but yes, you can get admission is Maharaja Agrasen and Surajamal for sure.

You can prepare for NIMCET. It is a Common Entrance National Level Test, conducted by any of the NITs, for admission in their MCA programme. It is the most preferable exam and the key to admission into NITs for MCA.
