MCM DAV College for Women Eligibility

MCM DAV College for Women has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
PGDCA	Candidate must have completed a bachelor or Post Graduate degree in any discipline of the Panjab University or an equivalent degree from any other University with no less than 50% marks in the aggregate. Pass marks 40% in Theory, Internal Assessment and Practical separately. 50% marks for Project Work. 50% marks in aggregate to qualify the examination.
M.Sc.	60% marks in mathematics in Bachelor of arts.
B.A.	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from any recognized board.
M.A.	The student must possess any one of the following qualifications: 1. B.A. with Honours in Sociology. 2. Bachelor's degree in any faculty with at least 50% marks in the aggregate. 3. Diploma in Physical Education of Post Graduate Diploma in Library Science after having passed B.A. of B.Sc. 4. B.A. (General) in full subjects obtaining at least 45% marks in Sociology as an Elective subject. 5. Master's degree in a subject other than Sociology. 6. B.A. examination under Social Service regulations or under War Regulations and has subsequently passed in Sociology in the B.A. examination obtaining at least 45% marks. 7. B.Sc. Honours School.
B.Com	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.
B.Sc.	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam in Non-Medical or Medical Stream from any recognized board.
M.Com	Candidate must have completed graduation from a recognized university.
BBA	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.
B.A. (Hons)	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.

HiThe score of your XIIth is quite. Most of the colleges consider NIOS for all courses except BPT and B Pharma. This I know for Lovely Professional University, where my cousin is studying.

No, I don't think so. It's a very tough competition there because they receive many applications. But you should still apply because luck may do wonders.

As you have scored 74.2 percent marks only, so it will be difficult for you to get admission in this college for BSc mathematics course. Their cutoffs are generally high. Still I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process and wait until the last round.

The student must possess any one of the following qualifications:
1. BA with Honours in English / BA (General) with at least 45% marks in English as an Elective subject.
2. Bachelor's degree in any subject with at least 50% marks in the aggregate or Master's degree in a subject other than English.
