MDS Fees

Candidates applying for MDS course at Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences have to pay an application fee. The admission to MDS is through Faculty of Medical Sciences, DU. Candidates are required to register at FMS, DU for MDS with an application fee as mentioned below:

There is no concession in NEET MDS application fee for OBC students. They have to pay INR 3,500 as an application fee. NBE had reduced the NEET MDS 2024 application fee from last year, which was INR 4,250. The exam fee for the Reserved category candidates is INR 2,500. The application fee of NEET MDS has to be paid in an online mode through Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking.

The cost of studying MDS in Canada is ranges from INR 5.23 L to INR 40 L for international students. Masters in Dentistry is offered by 6 universities in Canada to students. The MDS programs at Nair Hospital Dental College cost between 2.1 L to 2.7 L, with 9 available courses. Admission requires NEET MDS. The BDS program, with 1 course, costs 3.7 L, requiring a 50% in 10+2 and NEET.

Admission to MD is done through NEET PG exam. For general and OBC category, the application fee is INR 3,750, however, for SC/ST category, the fee is INR 2,750, respectively.

The total tuition fee for MD ranges between INR 29.30 Lacs and INR 76.20 Lacs as per an unofficial source. Candidates shortlisted based on NEET PG score need to pay course fee within the stipulated time for admission. Besides, aspirants also need to pay a registration fee at the start of the admission process.

The fee structure for the MD in General Medicine programme at RUHS is INR 3.6 Lacs (for the entire program). To be eligible for admission, the candidate must have a current NEET PG score. The MD in Radio Diagnosis programme lasts for three years.
