The PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (PSGIMSR) in Coimbatore has a good placement record. In 2022, the median package for PG 3-year (MS / MD / MCh) placements was INR 15.60 LPA, and the placement rate was 100%. In 2022-2023, the placement percentage for the MBBS programme was 98%.

During 2022 placements, 41 out of 42 PG (3-year) students were placed. Earlier, 30 PG (3-year) and 130 MBBS students were placed in the 2021 drive. The table below represents the course-wise total strength and the number of students placed over the past three years:

The college has released the NIRF report 2023 which incorporates the median package details for UG and PG courses. For MBBS, the median package increased from INR 9.40 LPA in 2020 to INR 9.60 LPA in 2021. Alongside this, the median package for PG (3-year) courses increased from 2020 to 2022. The ACS Medical College and Hospital is one of the top of colleges of Tamil Nadu. I know this question arises to you when you see the number of students placed in MBBS.
