Whether you can get admission in BUMS in any college if you are not qualified in NEET will depend on the college itself as it depends on college to college. The basic criteria for getting admission in BUMS programme is qualifying 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics Chemistry and Biology.

If you are good in Hindi or English there are ample sources and coaching centres to help you crack NEET. Even if you don't know English or Hindi understand that you can still crack NEET. It is a fact that there is no big coaching institutes like Allen/Akaash which have Bengal as medium of instruction. So, try to join local tuition centres for seperate subjects, that is, Physics Chemistry and Biology. And there's an advantage to it: Knowledge gained through mother tongue stays a little too long in our mind. So, start studying from local tutors and devolop your concept.

Yup, if you don't get a seat then all the money is refunded back except for the registration fee which is around Rs.1,000.

With the 361 marks that you obtained in NEET 2021 your possibility of getting a seat can only be predicted but cannot be guaranteed as because the cut off depends on factors like
the number of students appearing in the exam
the difficulty level of the exam
the seat matrix of colleges. Overall based on your score you can only expect private BDS colleges as getting a government BDS college is way to difficult. Use our NEET UG college predictor to get a standard idea regarding your possibilities of admission.
