One can get good marks in NEET without joining any coaching institute. It's all the matter of hard work you do, your dedication towards your studies, and the right and to the point study material for the exam. You don't have to restrict your day to day activities but have to minimize your time in leisurely activities and contribute more towards your studies.
Here are NEET preparation tips:
1) Know your syllabus well and in-depth knowledge of your syllabus.
2) know the question paper pattern, marks distribution, etc.
3) Know the exact books to be referred to while your preparation eg. NCERT is a must for all the subjects, MTG question bank

NTA will declare NEET result on 5th of June. Now coming to your question about cut-off, I will say it's difficult to predict, but this year's NEET paper was quite easy when compared to last year NEET paper, so this year chances are that cut-off may get a hike. In order to get a seat in a government medical college, you should be scoring at least 550 marks if you are from general category.

Three questions can be challenged to get bonus
marks for those questions according to NEET 2019 answer key.
1. Chemistry: The colloid question must be given as a bonus as it had two options to be correct. So, many might have left that question fearing they will be awarded negative marks.
2. Physics: Magnetic field inside the cylindrical conductor
