It is difficult to get admission into any medical colleges at a score of 300. Your score should be around 350 for admission into private colleges

You have to appear All India Common Entrance Examination or NEET to get admission into MBBS. After that, you can go for a post graduation in surgery.

First thing, these two exams are not compulsory. NEET (national eligibility cum entrance test) exam is for getting admission for MBBS a BDS courses in India.
GATE (graduate aptitude test in engineering) is for admission into IITs and other reputed institutions for doing M.Tech /ME degrees after B.Tech /BE
For medical, NEET is compulsory but not GATE.
