MET admission fee has to be paid to confirm their admission. Fee has to be paid through credit card/debit card/net banking. If candidates cannot pay fee before final date, then their allotment will be cancelled.

After allotment, selected candidates have to confirm their admission by paying tuition fee. First instalment is INR 2,40,000 and the second instalment will be as per course selected. Fee has to be paid before final date.

Candidates who belong to reserved or special categories will have to submit their category certificates during MET counselling. If they cannot confirm their category, they will not be allowed to take admission as per respective category. Authorities will release list of documents that will be needed for verification.

MET seat allotment result will be announced online at counseling.manipal.edu. No other mode will be used to declare the seat allotment of MET. Candidates will be able to check the MET seat allotment result by logging in using their application number and OTBS password. Through the seat allotment result, the candidates will be able to check the course and campus that they have been allotted to. The selected candidates will also be informed about the admission confirmation and fee payment process.

For MET admission, candidates have to pass 12th class qualifying exam. Minimum 50 percent is needed in Physics, Mathematics and one of the optional subjects. Candidates should have minimum pass marks in each subject.

No. The authorities will not accept any other examination scores for MET counselling. All candidates will be assessed based on their scores secured in MET. To participate in the MET counselling and be eligible for admissions into the offered courses by the campuses, the candidates will have to attempt and qualify the entrance examination. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank along with other factors such as order of preferences, category and seat availability.

MET counselling process will be held online. Candidates have to update their details, select their choice of colleges and courses and pay fee. Authorities will also announce MET seat allotment online. Candidates will be given admission according to obtained rank and preferences.

MET counselling will be held online. To be eligible for counselling, candidates should have MET rank. They should have also passed 12th class qualifying exam with atleast 50 percent marks in Physics, Mathematics and one optional subject.

For higher chances of admission, candidates should score minimum 190 marks or above. If they score high, chance of admission into their preferences will also be high.
