The application form for MG University PG course admission was released on Jun 1. The last date for application submission was Jun 20, 11 pm. In addition, candidates must pay the application by Jun 20, 5 pm. Currently, the admission process is ongoing for the MBA course. Application window for the same was closed on May 1. The group discussion and interview in the School of Management and Business Studies was conducted on Jun 12 and Jun 13.

Mahatma Gandhi University accepts KMAT/CMAT/CAT/MAT for admitting students to the MBA course. The final selection is based on candidates' performance in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD & PI). MG University placement report 2025 is not released. However, according to MGU Kerala NIRF report 2025, the median package offered during MG University UG 5-year and PG 2-year placements 2024 stood at INR 4 LPA and INR 5.5 LPA, respectively. Apart from this, 26 students out of 38 students were placed during MG University UG 5-year placements 2024.
