For making a good foundation, one can refer R. S. Aggarwal books. Some of the concepts are already learnt in 10th and 12th. This is just to brush up the fundamentals. Visual Reasoning could be a new topic which needs to be given importance, as 2530 questions could come in the CET. One should also keep in mind classroom programs are a good way to acclimatize with the techniques used to crack the MHCET.

Your domicile is your home, the state you consider your permanent place of residence. If you aren't living there right now, then it's the place to which you intend to return and make your home indefinitely. You can have more than one residence, but only one domicile. So, in your case, it's Maharashtra.
