Currently the highest placement package for any specific BTech branch at MIT AOE has not been released. However, the placements for 2025 are in process, and to this date, 213 students have been successfully placed in leading companies. The highest package offered during MITAOE placements 2025 stood at INR 23.2 LPA.
However, as per the placement statistics of the year 2024, the highest package offered to B.Tech. branches was CSE, etc. and Mechanical engineering. Candidates can anticipate that these branches might get the highest package in this academic year placements.

Shivaji University's DoT is more affordable for B.Tech, with total fees around ?3–3.5 Lacs including tuition.
MITAOE Alandi Pune is costlier, with total fees around ?5–7.5 Lacs including hostel.
If budget is a key factor, DoT Shivaji University is the better choice.

Considering the last round 2024 JEE Main cut-off, BTech in Computer Engineering at MIT AOE Pune was the most competitive specialisation. The last-round closing ranks for all BTech specialisations ranged between 64,566 and 2,05,585 for the General AI category students.
The first-round cut-off rank for BTech in Computer Engineering for the said category was 56,403 in 2024. The closing rank for the general AI quota candidates seeking admission to the course was 64,566. The closing cut-off for the same stood at 52,549 in 2023.

MITAOE Alandi, Pune offers a four-year BTech programme in the full-time mode. The course is offered in affiliation with SPPU (UniPune). The UG-level programme is offered in various specialisations and the course curriculum varies depending on the choice of specialisations.
