For admission to BTech courses offered by the MIT School of Engineering & Science, students must fulfil the basic eligibility requirements set by the institute. As per the BTech admission policy, students who have completed their Class 12 examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and/or Technical Vocational Subjects and a minimum of 50% (45% for the reserved category) from a recognised board of India are eligible to apply.

To be eligible for BTech at MIT School of Engineering and Science, Pune, candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories) in PCM and Technical Vocational subjects. Admission is entrance-based, and candidates must have a valid score in JEE Main, MHT CET, or PERA to qualify for selection.

MTech in MIT Pune is a two-three year duration course, which is approved by UGC. To get admission in MTech, the candidate should have graduation with 50% and Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject along with Chemistry/Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical vocational subject.
