No, you cannot apply for LLB at MIT School of Law, MIT-ADT University after Class 12. To be eligible, you need to pass in Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with minimum 45% marks (42% for OBC students/40% for SC/ST).

Whether a Law School or any educational institute is "worth the hype" will be subjective as different people may perceive the same hype differently or have different features and needs that they're attracted to or need to fulfill. 
So considering MIT School of Law and its worth as a Law School we should see its Law degree course fees, curriculum infrastructure, support for Bar Exam preparations, etc.
Considering these factors MIT School of Law is definitely a great Law School but may not live up to one's opinion of it, if it's too high.
