Yes, there are seat reservation policy for MIT-WPU BTech course. The institute offers seat reservations as per the policy of the Maharashtra State Government. The seats are reserved for students belonging to Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), De-notified Tribes (DT), Vimukta Jatis (VJ), Nomadic Tribes (NT), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Special Backward Categories, (SBC)and students with disabilities. Out of the total approved intake capacity at MIT-WPU Pune, at least 40% of the seats shall be reserved for the students having domicile in the State of Maharashtra. MIT-WPU BTech is offered via the WPU School of Engineering &Technology and Computer Science & Engineering. The undergraduate-level course is provided across eight specialisations that last for four years. BTech at MIT-WPU also offers BTech Lateral Entry (LE) with the same specialisations under the BTech programme. Apart from this, candidates can also pursue a six-year Integrated BTech course after Class 10.
