The total seats offered for MBA/PGDM at MIT-WPU and Indira Institute of Management - IIMP are 1050 and 510, respectively. While MIT-WPU offers this course in 8 specialisations, Indira Institute of Management - IIMP offers the same in 2 specialisations. Hence, there are higher chances of getting a seat at MIT-WPU due to higher seats.

While MIT-WPU offers this course in 26 specialisations, Vishwakarma Institute of Technology offers the same in 13 specialisations. The median salary package offered to the students after finishing MBA/PGDM from MIT-WPU is INR 600,000. While, the Median package offered by Indira School of Business Studies - ISBS after completion of MBA/PGDM is INR 425,000. Basis these stats, MIT-WPU is better option compared to Indira School of Business Studies - ISBS on the Median salary parameter.

Through the School of Business, MIT-WPU, Pune provides a two-year MBA programme with nine specialisations. The MIT WPU, Pune MBA tuition fee structure is as follows: 9.1 L to 14.25 L. Both the general and dual-specialization MBA admissions processes are the same. Entrance is the basis for admission to the MIT-WPU MBA programme. Minimum 60% aggregate score in Competency and Vocational Courses (MCVC) from any Govt approved Institution or equivalent with English as a subject. The selection process for the programme is based on MIT-WPU CET Entrance Exam 2024 & Personal Interaction (PI) score.For Maharashtra state domicile candidates, admissions are done on the basis of rank in & MHT-CET & and/or score in & JEE Main through MIT-WPU Counselling. For Outside Maharashtra state candidates, MIT WPU Direct Admissions are done on the basis of scores in JEE Main through MIT-WPU Counselling

MIT-WPU is one of the highest ranked MBA institutes in the country (30th for MBA) and also has a very high ranking for MCA. MITSOM faculty are well connected with the industry and provide placement assistance. The highest package offered in last year was INR 6-7 Lacs per annum for MCA.

MIT-WPU Pune offers three and four-year BBA courses in the stream of Management. For MIT-WPU BBA admission, the university conducts an in-house entrance exam, i.e., MIT-WPU CET. This is a common entrance exam valid for admission to all UG courses. To appear for this entrance exam, aspirants are required to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria and apply online for the entrance exam. It's mandatory for aspirants to qualify for MIT-WPU CET exam with a valid score and submit it at the time of filling the application form.

No, direct admission to a four-year B.Tech course at MIT-WPU is not possible. For admission to B.Tech course, MIT-WPU accepts a valid score of various state/ national-level entrance exams such as JEE Main/ MHT CET/ PERA CET/ NEET UG. Those who are willing to get admission to this course must appear and qualify for the respective entrance exams. However, direct admission is valid for BTech (Lateral Entry) course, where students are offered direct admission to the second year of B.Tech via merit scores obtained in Class 12.
