Faculty of Pharmacy, MIT-WPU Pune selects candidates for MPharm course based on GPAT score. Selected candidates are further called for MIT-WPU CET PI score. In personal interaction, the institute evaluates the overall awareness of the subject and interested of the students. Once selected, aspirants need to pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the institute.

The total tuition fee for Faculty of Pharmacy, MIT-WPU Pune MPharm ranges between INR 4.6 Lacs and INR 5.1 lakh. Faculty of Pharmacy, MIT-WPU Pune offers MPharm programme in six specialisations. Its course duration is two years and selection of the candidates in based on the score obtained in GPAT. Candidates need to pass bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with a minimum of 60% aggregate (50% aggregate for reserved category and persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) to apply for MPharm course.
