According the policy of University Grant Commission (UGC), you'll be eligible to get a refund on your fee in case you revoke admission to any higher education college. The policy states that, you'll get a full refund on cancellations up to 30th September and a full refund minus a processing fee of up to INR 1,000 on cancellations up to 31st October.
