Some of the important topics covered under MJMC will be on English (concept of Language and Literature), Fundamentals of Journalism & Mass Communication having its role as the fourth pillar of Indian Democracy, Sports and Cinema. Meanwhile, MCA course will comprise of Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Problem Solving Questions, Discrete Quantitative Analysis and Basic Mathematics.

IMS Noida MJMC course is affiliated with CCS University. The total seat intake for this course is 60. This course is offered for a duration of two years. Candidates who passed UG degree in any discipline from a recognised university may apply for this course. As per the admission process, the scores of JET & performance of candidates in the Personal Interview (PI) round conducted at IMS Noida are considered for IMS Noida MJMC admissions. Further, a merit list is prepared for the selected students by the institute.

There is no information available on the minimum cutoff for M.J.M.C at IIMM Delhi 2023. However, the admission process for the MJMC programme for the 2023-2024 academic session has started on April 1, 2023, and each candidate will go through a written entrance examination, group discussion, and personal interview. A few seats are open for direct admission via a cut-off list subsequently, and updates shall be shared on the institute's website and social media channels from time to time

IIMM Delhi accepts entrance exam scores for admission to its M.J.M.C program. The entrance exam is mandatory for all courses offered at the institution. The National Institute of Mass Communication and Journalism (NIMCJ) in Ahmedabad offers a Master of Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC) program. Total 60 seats are available for MJMC ( Masters at Journalism and Mass Communication) at NIMCJ Ahmedabad. However, the program is a 2-year full-time course with tuition fees of INR 2.40 Lakhs and course fees of INR 2,00,000. The criteria to get into NIMCJ Ahmedabad  is that the candidate need to secure a minimum score of 50% in 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised university. NIMCJ conducts their own entrance examination so the candidate also need to score a qualifying rank to get into the institution.
