Mother Teresa Women'S University - MTWU Courses

Mother Teresa Women's University offers a three-year BA degree for interested candidaets. There are various specialisations on offer for the BA course and candidates can check the number of seats available for different specialisations below: 

• BA in English: 38
• BA in Economics: 55
• BA in Tamil: 150

The total number of seats offered by the university across all colleges for the BA course is 1803. Candidates who have cleared Class 12 are eligible to apply for the course. 

Mother Teresa Women's University offers a two-year MBA with dual specialisations in Finance, HR, Marketing, Systems & Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism & Hospitality Management. Caniddates who have cleared their graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for MBA programme. The uiversity offers MBA course through several affiliated schools, including Nadar Saraswati College of Arts and Science and Mother Teresa Women's University Research and Extension Centre, Chennai.

Mother Teresa Women's University (MTWU) is suitated in Kodaikanal, approved by UGC and accredited by NAAC with grade 'A'. It is the one and only women University owned by Tamilnadu government.

It offers various UG and PG programmes and many colleges are affiliated to it.

Fee structure:

1.  Bachelor of Arts - Rs.6,100 per year 
2.  Bachelor of Science - Rs. 7,600 per year
3. Bachelor of commerce - Rs. 6,100 per year
4. Bachelor of Computer Application - Rs. 7,600 per year
5. Master of Education - Rs.5,000 per year 
6. Master of Business Application - Rs.15,000 per year
7. Master of Philosophy - Rs. 15,000 per year 

 Mother Teresa Women's University is recognised and approved by UGC and is Accredited with an 'A' Grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a CGPA of 3.1. It is the only Women’s University of Tamil Nadu State Government. The university was established in 1984.

There are various UG and PG courses available and many colleges are affiliated to this university.

The fees range between INR 10,000 to INR 30,000 according to the course.
