The colleges affiliated to Barkatullah University accepts MP BE exam to offer B.E. courses for General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, and PWD. In 2024, the HSTES cutoff was released till Round 2 seat allotment results. Considering the Barkatullah University cutoff 2024, 100k rank is more than enough to get into affiliated colleges of Barkatullah University for the B.E. specialisations. For the CSE course, the last-round cutoff stood at 397422 for the General AI category candidates. To know course-wise 2024 cutoffs, candidates can refer to the table below:

If you do not have scores in JEE Main, still, you are eligible for counseling in MP for BE (Bachelor of Engineering) through MP Online portal for admission in engineering college in MP. Some colleges in MP accept admissions based on MHT-CET scores. If you have given MHT-CET, then you can also appear for counseling. In addition, the private institutions can give direct admissions or on some other grounds and, therefore, check the specific requirements of participating institutions and verify your eligibility on the official MP BE counseling portal.

No fee is charged at the time of MP BE counselling. However, fee is to submitted at the time of submission of choices.

MP BE counselling is held for Admission is in the first year of BE/BTech course in the Government / Autonomous / Aided / Self-Financing / Private Institutions located in Madhya Pradesh. It is acntralised counselling process based on JEE Main scores.

MDU Rohtak also accepts MP BE scores for admission to BTech courses. The closing rank after Round 1 seat allotment results for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering stood at 1053688 for the General category All India students. Vikram University accepts MP BE scores for admission to BE/ BTech courses. The closing rank after Round 4 seat allotment results for B.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering stood at 334812, for B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Systems it was 495016 and for B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, it was 529753, for the General category All India students. UIT RGPV also accepts MP BE scores for admission to the BTech course. As per the UIT RGPV MP BE cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank ranged between 65225 and 309741 for the General category students. Considering the last round closing cutoff, BTech in CSE was the most competitive specialisation. For BTech in CSE, the Round 1 and the Last Round closing ranks were 64215 and 65225, respectively for the General All India category candidates.
