Hello Yadvendra, yes your ranking in both CRL as well as OBC are a bit on the lower side. However you should not lose hope. There are many cases when seats in a particular college are not filled up since students have not given choice of that college and in such condition even students with much lower ranking get admission. For admissions in M.P colleges, you need only JEE Mains marks. For admissions in UP colleges, you need to give UPSEE only for state government universities.
For admission in DU, the admission is on the basis of CBSE marks (for political and human resource courses), or on the basis of separate entrance test and JEE Mains marks as well. They have a separate number of seats for separate exams.

Yes, you can get admission in Jabalpur Engineering College for B.Tech through lateral entry.
Approx. you need to have 60% or above in your Diploma then you can get it easily.
I would suggest you to before taking admission for B.Tech in any college please you learn integration, differentiation and ITS applications in 12th class mathematics because most of the time lateral entry student suffer due to class 12th maths.
