Yes you can take admission to second year diploma in architecture . because it is possible . Because you already done you first year diploma in architecture. But it can be varied to colleges to colleges or universities to universities

For B.Com Regular if you have more than 60% in HSC (12th) than it's safe. And for B.Com Honours entrance test is conducted by MSU as there is limited seats 218 in B.Com Hons including 18 seats for foreign students.

The cutoff is different for different universities and colleges. But for admission to most Universities a minimum of 45% is required
