The National Testing Agency NTA declared NEET UG result 2021 on November 1. With it, cut-off for the exam has also been announced. This year, NEET cut off marks for General category is 720-138 marks, for SC / ST / OBC category it is 137-108 marks, for the General-PwD category it is 137-122 marks, and for SC / ST / OBC-PwD it is 121-108 marks. Here are some tips that might help you prepare better for NEET:

There is no fixed cutoff for Master in Social Work (M. S. W. ) at MG University Kerala. However, the admission process generally closes once all the seats are filled.

Master of Social Work is a full-time two-year Department of Sociology postgraduate course offered by the Veer Narmad South Gujarat University Surat. A candidate must have passed the Bachelor's Degree in any subjects with 40% (for Open/ SEBC category) or 35% for (SC/ST category) from any recognised university. The MSW job opportunities in the government and private sector in India are extensive; ranging from social worker to project coordinator. Various government organizations like Railway, Banks, PSU, Postal and other debts under government ministries release a number of jobs for MSW candidates. MSW pass outs with specialisation in the medical field can work in hospitals, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centres. Each student undertakes 2 placements usually 80 days and 90 days respectively. They are required to be available to work full-time equivalent hours during these periods.

MSW is a two year postgraduate programme. The admission process starts with the registration of the applicants. Aspiring students should have passed a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from a recognised University. Candidates who have Bachelor's degree in Humanities/ Social Sciences/ Science/ Commerce/ Management subjects are also eligible. Some of the common entrance exam for MSW courses are TISSNET BHU PET CUET-PG etc.

MSW helps students to work efficiently for underprivileged sections of society. Any degree in other sectors would be helpful as there would be few disciplines that would be skipped. MSW would teach you to establish a career in social consciousness if that is something you want to do.
