A lot of foreign universities offer B.Tech multimedia engineering degree but it's not offered yet in India. The majority of information and communication technology course cover multimedia concepts and electives.

You can definitely pursue a Diploma in multimedia or animation after 10th. There are certain institutes that offer you a Diploma programme for the same.

Multimedia - It is simple the use of a variety of artistic or communicative media. This includes text, graphic, audio, video etc.
Animation - Making an imaginary character or a product and putting life in it.This word Animation is basically made from Greek or Latin words Ani (means object or thing) and motion (means movement), in short, making objects and things into motion.
