Mass Communication and Journalism are the names given to the Media related studies. Primarily Journalism is the parental domain. Multimedia relates to the modern technologies and their usage into Mass Communication. Multimedia Degree will be advanced and different than a general BA in Mass Communication and Journalism.
Multimedia will bring technical expertise in Editing, camera and other things while, Bachelor in Mass Communication will be a foundational introduction to everything that is related to media and mass communication.

After completing your 12th commerce if you are interested in doing CA you should give CPT or you have many else options like CMA and CS. Those are the top fields in commerce but you can do BBA, BBM, BCS, B.Com, law and hotel management. Other than that you have options of short term diploma was like diploma in taxation, diploma in finance and accounting, diploma in import and export, diploma in foreign trade or you can learn any foreign language.

Job opportunities are in the fields of television, cinema, video production, web design, and advertising agencies. The number of students trained in Animation at degree level. 3. Employment status of alumni. 4. Achievements of alumni in working for prestigious animation projects. 5. I completely agree with Megha Bhardwaj's reply. I would like to add that the term interest or passion at the age of 17 or 18 could even be a sort of infatuation. So while taking a career decision, do not check the interest level only as at this age, many students may have multiple interests and they may not be able to make the right choice. So, consulting a career guide would be a good option as the opportunities which are presently available and would be available after many years require careful consideration.
